บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมาและพัฒนาการทางประวัติศาสตร์ของสังคมการเมืองไทยที่นำเสนอผ่านนิทรรศการนครรัฐไทยบนแผ่นดินสุวรรณภูมิ โดยการศึกษาเชิงเอกสารร่วมกับการสังเคราะห์ทางประวัติศาสตร์ แล้วนำเสนอเชิงการปริทัศน์เป็นรายประเด็นตามหัวข้อในการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการทั้ง 4 หัวข้อ ได้แก่ จากรัฐโบราณสู่บ้านเมืองไทย, รัฐไทยในสุวรรณภูมิ, จากสยามรัฐสู่ราชอาณาจักรไทย และราชาธิปัตย์รัฐสยาม ร่วมด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจและการเมือง การศึกษานี้ทำให้ประจักษ์ได้อย่างเด่นชัดถึงความเปลี่ยนแปลงของทัศนะในการนำเสนอประวัติศาสตร์สังคมการเมืองไทย จากเดิมที่มีลักษณะเป็นประวัติศาสตร์แบบองค์รวมที่ขับเน้นอุดมการณ์ชาตินิยมเพื่อสร้างความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันของคนในชาติ สู่การนำเสนอแง่มุมทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่ตระหนักและให้ความสำคัญถึงความแตกต่างหลากหลายทางเชื้อชาติและวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนความเป็นอิสระของบ้านเมืองก่อนที่จะหลอมรวมเข้ากันเป็นรัฐไทย อันนำมาซึ่งบทบาทของประวัติศาสตร์ที่เป็นไปเพื่อการอยู่ร่วมกันของมวลมนุษยชาติอย่างแท้จริง

Abstract

This article aims to study the history and the historical development of Thai political society presented through the Glorious Thai Kingdoms since 13th Century Exhibition by studying the documentary together with the historical synthesis, and presenting the review by item according to the topic of the exhibition in 4 topics including: From the Ancient States to the Thai Kingdom, Thai State in the Land of Suvarnabhumi, From Siam to the Kingdom of Thailand, and Siamese Monarchy. Together with the analysis of power and political relations. This study clearly shows the change in viewpoint in presenting the history of Thai political society. Formerly, it is a holistic history that emphasizes nationalist ideology in order to create the unity of people in the nation. To present a historical perspective that recognizes and values ethnic and cultural differences, as well as the independence of the country before merging into a Thai state that brings about the role of history that is true for the coexistence of all mankind
